Part Exchange Terms and Conditions

Market Mobility will consider taking any scooter In part exchange when purchasing another new or used scooter through us.

We will make an initial offer based on the condition of the scooter from the pictures we receive from you.You MUST tell us of any known defect, electronic or mechanical. In addition you must show any damage to any of the body work no matter how small.

If possible you need to tell us the age of the equipment.

If any defect or damage is evident when we collect your old equipment that has not been previously notified we will either decline to take the equipment or reduce our original offer to take account of the addition damage or defect.

If we agree a part exchange deal and we have ordered your new equipment and you subsequently cancel your order we will charge a processing fee of £80, this fee covers our administration handling and storage costs.
